An exploration of one of the Isle of Man's great Manx Gaelic place names; Niarbyl.

As one of the Isle of Man's prettiest beaches, Niarbyl is often seen in pictures and advertisements for the Isle  of Man all over the world. However, few have ever stopped to wonder where its name comes from, and how it applies so perfectly to something particular at this point of the Manx shoreline...
