An exploration of one of the Isle of Man's great Manx Gaelic place names; Traie Vane.
There are a number of beaches around the Island called 'Traie Vane', including the one on the west coast, south of Niarbyl, which gets its name from the distinctive pebbles on the beach - hence it being 'Traie Vane' (White Beach).
This is one in a series of films exploring the Manx in places names all over the Island.
This film was produced by Culture Vannin in 2021.
